HOW IT WORKS
WEIGHTS AND MEASURES
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar or sweet molasses (not black strap)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
3 teaspoons Worcestershire
Combine all in a sauce pan and simmer for at least 30 minutes until thick.
Season with salt and pepper if necessary.
