Blue Cheese Vinaigrette


  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4oz blue cheese, crumbled
  • Kosher salt and coarsely ground pepper


  1. With a blender stick or whisk, combine all vinaigrette ingredients except blue cheese. Add blue cheese and gently stir to combine.
  2. Drizzle over prepared salad.
