Bacon Cheese Sliders with Sriracha Aioli and Potato Salad

Bacon Cheese Sliders with Sriracha Aioli and Potato Salad 4.55/5 (11 votes)

Juicy sliders with gooey cheese, bacon, and a punch of Sriracha are perfect with a nice light potato salad. The burger recipe is a little out of the ordinary, and similar to a meatloaf recipe. By adding egg and a bit of breadcrumbs, the patties are light and juicy instead of dense and dry. Add some chips, a simple green salad, and some friends, and make it a party!

This is a great meal. I made it as written but without cheese, as we rarely eat cheese.
    Don’t pass it up.
