VEGETARIAN TIP: Replace the turkey with seitan. Pulse seitan and a bit of flour in the food processor until it resembles ground meat. Add remaining ingredients. Adjust consistency with vegetable stock and additional flour.
GLUTEN MODIFICATIONS: Use gluten free hamburger buns.
do you think I could mix the Feta into the ground turkey mixture with the other seasonings?
Yes. It would work great!
The turkey burgers were great! My husband even enjoyed them, and he usually is not a fan when I make a recipe with turkey instead of beef.
