Corn Bread Mix



  • 2/3 cup flour OR gluten free all purpose flour blend
  • 1/2 cup yellow corn meal
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil


  1. Mix together and store in an airtight refrigerator in the refrigerator.

      Add 1 egg and 1/3 cup milk. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes in muffin tins or 20 minutes in an 8×8 baking dish.
