Yes!! While, it has always been my opinion that if you cook at home using primarily real ingredients instead of boxed, bagged, and prepared foods you pretty much don’t need to count calories; I realize that many families need nutritional content for health reasons.
We do not offer a Vegetarian Menu Plan. That said, all recipes include substitutions to create a meat-less meal. If you have not already, take a look at the sample menu for an example.
A lot of effort is put into bringing you recipes that are sophisticated enough to satisfy the adults in your household but adjustable enough to appeal to the simple tastes of your children. Keep in mind that every recipe on this site has been tested in my kitchen and fed to my family.
