Lemon Pepper Seasoning


  • 5 large lemons
  • 1/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt


  1. Zest the lemons and combine with pepper.
  2. Spread mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 170 or your lowest setting for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes, until it is completely dry.
  4. Remove from the oven and transfer into a food processor or blender.
  5. Pulse until smooth and fine.
  6. Add salt and combine.
  7. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
