Lemon Pepper Seasoning

INGREDIENTS
- 5 large lemons
- 1/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
DIRECTIONS
- Zest the lemons and combine with pepper.
- Spread mixture on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 170 or your lowest setting for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes, until it is completely dry.
- Remove from the oven and transfer into a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until smooth and fine.
- Add salt and combine.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
