Marinara Sauce (GF)


  • 14.5oz diced tomatoes, preferably fire roasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar, optional


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or with a blender stick.
  2. Sauce should be mostly smooth. A few chunks gives it a good texture.
