KID NOTE: The pico was not a favorite, but they really enjoyed the steak, potato cakes, and asparagus.

I am so glad I made the effort to prepare this meal~so much flavor!!! I substituted chicken breasts and was pleased. We experimented with our air fryer for the potato cakes and they were delicious and light. I highly recommend this meal!
