I smashed a couple big cloves of garlic and added them in with the bay leaves to add some more garlic flavor (which we love). Took them out with the bay leaves. This would have been super awesome if I’d paid better attention and noticed my pasta wasn’t done enough when I put it in with the cream sauce. Next time!
This was tasty! Just be sure not to boil the cream after you put the cheese in like I accidentally did. The cheese curdled so the dish wasn’t very pretty but it still tasted good!
