KID NOTE: The kids loved every bite.
VEGETARIAN TIP: Use mushrooms and zucchini instead of beef. You will not need to use a slow cooker. Simply saute the vegetables and then add the sauce. Simmer until reduced somewhat, then add the corn starch and water mixture to thicken.
GLUTEN MODIFICATIONS: Use tamari instead of soy sauce.

Great recipe! I cooked the meat on high the day before & warmed it in the slow cooker and added remaining ingredients the next day. Worked out great.
