Steak with Blue Cheese Compound Butter and Green Beans and Sweet Potato Fries 4.33/5 (6 votes)

Blue cheese can be a bit overwhelming to some. But in small amounts and cut with butter, this is pretty fantastic. If you're still not sure, try it with feta. Or, skip the cheese altogether and add a bit more parsley and some chopped green onions. However you go, you'll feel like you're in a fancy steakhouse.
